As a Cardiac Sonographer working in a busy acute care hospital I work in the worst lighting environment. Fluorescent lighting and then in the dark all day long in-front of screens. Since purchasing the day time glasses I have no more tension headaches and fall asleep much easier at night. I now have some of the cardiologists looking into blue blocking glasses now after explaining the research and how damaging isolated blue light can be.

I love my new glasses. They are very comfortable and really cut out that very bright blue light. They are not flimsy....excellent qualitily. I am so glad I didn't settle for a cheaper pair...thanks to the suggestion of my naturopath. I don't know if it is having any affect on my sleep, but I have only been wearing them for a couple of weeks. I have reccommended these glasses to many friends and family. I have both day and night time glasses and I have noticed a huge reduction in eye strain, irritation, redness and even improved sleep quality. The Centenarian club is an incredible community filled with learning and support! Dr. Marissa and Dr. Andrew provided weekly education sessions on how to easily implement healthy practices into our daily routines. Being able to try the recommendations for the week and regroup to share our experiences in a safe space was an incredibly effective way to introduce small healthy changes in my day-to-day life. Had it for about 1 month. Significantly helped reduce eye strain experienced due to working on computer all day. Also excellent customer service as well.

These have been a great fit after receiving my complimentary nose pads, no more slipping down my nose! I love the support for my eyes when using a screen at night, it's been a gamechanger!!

I do a lot of computer work in the evening and these have been a gamechanger!! No more strained, exhausted eyes, and my sleep has improved. They do slide down my nose a bit but it's not a hindrance for me. Otherwise quite comfortable. Highly recommended!
