Grain-Free No-Bake Granola Bars

If you’re trying to avoid grains, this is a quick and simple recipe to whip up. Most commercial granola bars are poor quality and overpriced, there are many ways to make your own!
*Always opt for organic ingredients and soak/sprout nuts (and some seeds) when possible.
Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Collagen powder *optional
  • 1/3 cup Pitted dates
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Raw honey
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Blackstrap molasses
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pinch Salt *we use Redmond's Real Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix.
  • Press into square shape on plate/pan of choice.
  • Place in fridge until hardened (about 30 minutes)
  • Enjoy!
    *Store in fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

Double the recipe to make a batch that can hopefully stay in the fridge longer than they can at our house 🙂
